This design is based on the F-14 & F-16 fighter jets used by the U.S. Navy during the 1970s and 80s. The body of the jet is made from pine or fir and the wings are made from pine. The jet comes with removable landing gear for a more realistic look. All corners and edges have been rounded for safety and the toy is sealed with a non-toxic oil and urethane mixture to be safe and long-lasting.
